He is survived by: his mother Jeannette Haynes (Fuller); his wife Valerie Haynes (Vanderwall); his sons, Frank Haynes, Michael Haynes (Shannon), Scot Jr. Haynes (Renee) and Gary Haynes (Regina); his grandchildren, Nathan, Austin, Victoria, Hayleigh, Brayden, Reese and Morgan; his great grandchild Jax; and his caregiver Ishmael "Ish" Nwaobia.
