He was predeceased by: his mother Mary H. Cook; and his sister Pam. He is survived by: his wife Lori LeBlanc; his father Maurice LeBlanc (Dee); his brothers, Phil and Bill LeBlanc; his stepsons, Beau and Jake Bush; his stepgrandchildren, Charlie, Ellie, McKinley and Maddie; and his pet Oscar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
