He is survived by: his wife Ava Turnquist; his children, Emily Muñoz (Jose) of St. Petersburg, Fla., Chet Root of Jamestown, NY and Carly Bucktooth (Jerome) of Salamanca, NY; his grandchildren, Brady Jordan, Jason Muñoz, Johnathan Muñoz, Josiah Muñoz, Skylar Carlson (Phil), Charles Root, Jackson Root, Samuel Root, Kayla Corbie (Je Karn) and Keedin Bucktooth; Cassandra Henry and Jade McLaughlin. He is also survived by nine greatgrandchildren.
