He was predeceased by: his parents, Mahlon Jantzi and Ruth Jantzi (Ressler); his daughter Tammi Birchenough; and his siblings, Maynard Jantzi, Freida Roggie and Grace Haldeman.
He is survived by: his children, Larry "Brian" Jantzi (Mary) of Clymer, NY, Angelia "Angie" Murphy (Tom) of North Lawrence, OH, Melissa Jantzi of Tempe, AZ and Jordan Jantzi (Ashley) of Sherman, NY; his son-in-law Donald Birchenough; his grandchildren, Matthew Birchenough (Amy), Joseph Birchenough (Kendal), Emily Birchenough, Abigail Birchenough (Tyler), Dayne Jantzi, Sarah Brogden (Zach), Erin Murphy, Molly Murphy, Evelyn Jantzi and Jameson Jantzi; and his brothers, Lyle Jantzi (Shirley) of Adams, NY and Wilbur Jantzi of Croghan, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
