He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Block and Betty Block; and his brother Bill Block, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Paul Russ (DeLana) of Casselberry; his sister Lisa Reed (Rob) of North Syracuse; his nephews, Adam Reed and Kris Block (Jennifer); and his niece Betsy Bellin (Tyler). He is also survived by four great nieces and nephews.
