She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin Franke and Eleanor Franke (Redinger); and her brothers, David Franke (late Kathleen) and Charles. She is survived by: her husband Rodney L. Perkins; and her brothers, Robert Franke (Bonnie) and Paul Franke (Eileen). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
