She is survived by: her husband Frederick "Fred" Frank Swartz; her children, Katherine Marie Swartz, Colleen Jane Cicchetti (Todd), Laura Ann Swartz (Sara), Jonathan James Swartz (Brenda) and Carrie Anna Wells (Jeremy); her grandsons, Brandon, Patrick (Heather) and Maxwell (Lyndsi); her children, Sophia, Maggie, Dylan and Lily Rose; and her great grandchildren, Jonah, Oakley and Levi. She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
