He is survived by: his wife Christine Bartlett (Caprin); his children, Edward Bartlett (Trisha), Bobbi McIntosh (John), Billi Stuckey (James), Betti Bonnell (Curt) and Timothy Bartlett (Cynthia); and his stepchildren, Kenneth Bonnie (Yvonne), Michele Bartlett (Jeff) and Tiffany Buxton (Joe). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, four brothers and three sisters.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Harter Funeral Home, Inc. - Mexico (9 Washington Ave, Mexico, NY 13114). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
