He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Patricia Anne Dallas; his children, Brian, Laurie Dallas, Cheryl and Victor Santiago; his siblings, Robert, James, Richard, Fred and Barbara; his grandchildren, Ciara, Samantha, Meghan, John, Patrick, Lauren and James; and his great grandchildren, Isabella and Noelle.
