She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaston Ponchause and Margerite LePage Ponchause; her husband Eugene Gasrel; and her son Patrick Gasrel. She is survived by: her children, Fred Gasrel of Patchogue, Lorraine Gasrel Black, June Gasrel Tibbetts (Newell) and Marie Gasrel Videl (Robert) of McDonough; and her grandchildren, David Black, Adam Black, Paulette Tibbetts, Candi Greenway, Skipper Tibbetts and Samantha Rose Videl. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
