We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Douglas McVean of Pavilion, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh McVean and Ruth MacIntyre McVean; his wife Patricia; and his grandson Jessie Moore. He is survived by: his children, Kim Moore (Steve), Jenny Smith and Rodney Smith (Julie); his brother Robert McVean (Deborah); his nieces, Carrie Capuano (Donald) and Tara Pratt (Mark); his nephew Scott McVean (Kristen); his grandchildren, Nicole Dell (Jamie), Steven Moore, Mitchell Swede, Ashley Swede and Jordan Smith; and his friend Cheryl Rutherford (Tim). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, numerous grand-nieces, grand-nephews and cousins; many other devoted friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Covington United Presbyterian Church (1701 Craig Rd, Pavilion, NY 14525). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
