She was predeceased by: her parents, Waylen Washburn Sr. and Phyllis A. Teeter Washburn of Batavia. She is survived by: her husband Brian W. Howland; her children, Steven Downard (Lindsey Cook), Richard Downard Jr. of Bismarck, ND, Jonathan Downard of Batavia, Aerika Howland (Dwayne Cooper) of Mt. Morris, Shawna Howland of LeRoy and Samantha Howland (Josh Howe) of Cuylerville; her brothers, Waylen Washburn Jr. (Shauna) of Gasport, Ryan Washburn (Dawn Gursslin) of LeRoy, Aaron Washburn (Elisha) of North Chili and Daniel Washburn of LeRoy; and her friend Robin VanDorn (Charles Watson) of Batavia. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
