She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Kelly (David) and Laura Perez (Chris); her grandchildren, Ethan Kelly (Lauren), Casey Kelly (Brooke), C. J. Perez and Emma Perez; her great grandchildren, Kaden, Kinsley, Maeve and Harlow; her nieces and nephews, Vanessa, John Heinchon, Troy and Laura Jones; her sister Rosalie; and her brother-in-law Glenn Pulver.
Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday, January 2, 2026 at Horn & Thomes, Inc Funeral Home, 83 East Main Street, Pawling from 5-7 PM .Burial is private .In lieu of flowers, donations in Memory of Pat may be made to either the Pawling Fire Department or the Pawling Resource Center.
