Donna touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Smith and Margaret Smith. She is survived by: her husband Nick; her children, Rachel (Chris), Anthony (Erin) and Michael (Megan); her granddaughters, Lyla LaPoma and Sophia Cipolli; and her brother Rick (Cathy). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and cousins.
