She was predeceased by: her parents, Maureen River (William F. Maughan) and Pearl River; her stepmother Mary; and her in-laws, Bob and Margie Vatter.
She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Robert W., Cai of New York City, Kaitlyn of New York City, Chris and Meghan of Barnegat, NJ.; her siblings, William F. X. (Jane), Joan (Tom), James and Nancy; her stepsiblings, Michael, Elizabeth, Brian and Jennifer; and her family, Carol, Donna, Nicole and Kathy. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to United Hospice (https://unitedhospiceinc.org) in her memory or to the Cape May County Zoo, one of Eileen's favorite places, to support the construction of their new penguin enclosure.
