He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Clarke and Teresa Clarke; and his siblings, Richard, John and Teresa Drain.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Breen Clarke; his children, Kevin Clarke (Cory) of Great Falls, VA, Kerry Clarke Postupak of Morristown, NJ and Megan Farrell (James) of Wyoming, PA; his grandchildren, Shannon, Michael, James, Molly, Brendan, Emily and Liam; and his sister Letitia Pallone. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and their children.
