She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank DeGregorio and Stephanie DeGregorio (Fannie); her husband Robert W. Godwin Jr.; her daughter Patricia Jones (Jack); her brother Nick DeGregorio (Irene); and her close friend Anne Haller (Joe).
She is survived by: her children, Eileen G. Blaisdell (Daniel), Robert W. Godwin III and John F. Godwin (Dawn); her grandchildren, Brooks G. Jones (Erica), Daniel M. Blaisdell II (Leigh), Matthew W. Blaisdell (Christine), Chloe A. Godwin and Isabelle Godwin; her great grandchildren, Daniel M. Blaisdell III, Michael L. Blaisdell, Charles R. Blaisdell, Liam R. Blaisdell and Apollo Jones; and her siblings, Concetta Brown (Chick) and Jack DeGregorio (Gail). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that donations be made in Martha's name to the Rockland Community College Nursing program or the BOCES Practical Nursing program, as she always had a passion for helping nursing students achieve great success.
