He is survived by: his daughters, Tammie (Rob Shurak II) of Peekskill, NY. and Kristy of Peekskill, NY.; his sister Constance Jessup (Cahill); his niece Kim Jessup; his wife Jane (Wilson) of Peekskill, NY; his son David Jr. of Peekskill, NY.; his grandchildren, Andrew Parsons of Peekskill, NY, Jacob Shurak of Peekskill, NY and Jenna Shurak of Peekskill, NY; his siblings, Sharon Thacke (Kenneth) of Ossining, NY and Robert Parsons of Ridgefield, CT; his siblings-in-law, William Jessup of Yorktown Heights, NY, Charles Wilson (Barbara) of Naples Fl, Edward Wilson (Barbara) of Stormville, NY and Deborah Parsons-Burckhard; and his nieces and nephews, Kevin Jessup, Danielle Thacke-Brower, Jennifer Robinson, Michelle Parsons, Katie Wilson, Karen Thacke, Kelly Parsons, Matthew Wilson and Emily Wilson.
