He is survived by: his daughter Annabelle "Moosh" DiBrino-Kays of Erie, PA; his parents, Deborah Kays and Srecko "Casey" Kays; his brother Frank; and his sister-in-law Chelsea Kays of Central Point, OR.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews, as well as aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Curry & Giordano Funeral Home Inc. (313 N James St, Peekskill, NY 10566).
