Russo; her mother Maria Guadalupe Gonzales; her sisters, Monica Resendez and Sylvia Farrer; her brother-in-law Tony Farrer; her stepson Hugo R. Herrera III; her daughter-in-law Maleda Herrera; her grandchildren, Edison J. Herrera and Mariella V. Herrera; her stepdaughter Carolyn E. Herrera-Perez; her son-in-law John D. Herrera-Perez; and her friend Marines.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home (414 Washington St, Peekskill, NY 10566). The military honors was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Peekskill Riverfront Park (Hudson Ave, Peekskill, NY 10566).
