With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tamara Lynn Alves of Peekskill, New York, who passed away on June 23, 2025 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Tamara Lynn had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Tamara Lynn may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tomecek and Bonita Tomecek (Wallace). She is survived by: her husband John; her sons, Julien and Jake; her sister Sabra Martocci; her brother-in-law Michael; and her sibling's children, Griffin, Gradyn, Adrianna and Marco.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home (414 Washington St, Peekskill, NY 10566). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the St Augustine Church (381 N Highland Ave, Ossining, NY 10562).
