He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Zierak and Mary Walag Zierak. He is survived by: his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Stacey Zierak of Vermont; his grandchildren, Andrew, Larissa, Kaitlyn and Cecelia Zierak; his former wife Paula Heslin Zierak; and his brother Robert Zierak of Arkansas.
