He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Cecilia and Jose Policarpo Lizarazo. He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Meagan Lizarazo (David), Joseph Patrick Lizarazo (AnnMarie) and John Peter Lizarazo (Arrian Joy); his grandchildren, Rafael and Luisa; and his siblings, Graciela, Carmen, Rebeca, Juan Pablo and Amparo.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pelham Funeral Home (64 Lincoln Ave, Village of Pelham, NY 10803). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church (596 City Island Ave, Bronx, NY 10464).
