He is survived by: his father Thomas Hanusik; his wife Barbara; his children, John Hanusik (Serena) of Redding, CT, Kristin Gervais (David) of Orange, CT and Jennifer Catalli (Andrew) of Mount Kisco, NY.; and his grandsons, William Gervais, Henry Hanusik and Andrew Catalli III.
