He is survived by: his wife Diane (DeeAnn); his siblings-in-law, Debra Johnston, Roger McCauley (Diana) and Richard McCauley; his niece Kerry George (Jim); his nephew Jared McCauley (Juli); his great-nieces, Cate, Kirstin and Kylee; and his great-nephew Cash. He is also survived by his uncle, cousins and many dear friends.
