She was predeceased by: her sister Adah M. Weigand; and her former husband Lyman C. Cook. She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine J. Puzo (Cate) of Pasadena, C. A., Julie E. Andreas of Rochester, N. Y. and Lori A. Toolan of Babylon, N. Y.; her grandsons, Max and Wyatt Andreas; and her great grandchild Lena of Rochester, N. Y..

With her final years came the unpleasantries of Alzheimer's, falls, hip fractures, and a heart attack.
