She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Mazzara. She is survived by: her daughter Lori; her son-in-law Mark Pucci; her son Michael Mazzara; her grandchildren, Nicole, Joe Lanzafame and Michael Mazzara; and her great grandchild Joey Lanzafame.
