He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Katsafouros and Aphrodite "Dotty" Katsafouros (Gerogiannis); and his sister Diane Odenbach. He is survived by: his children, Alexander Kaye, Adam Kaye of Rochester, NY and Veronica Kaye of Philadelphia.
Chuck's family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
