He is survived by: his wife Veronica; his children, Elizabeth Zaepfel (John) and Joshua Steele (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Anna, Clara, Leith, Rose, Caelan and Findlay; his brother Daniel Steele (Bernadine); his sister-in-law Barbara Steele; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa, Barrie, Jay, Wendy and Jesse.
