He was predeceased by: his sister Patricia Horton. He is survived by: his wife Judi; his children, John B., Mary Beth Cox (Marty), Karen Kosten (Scott) and Jennifer Mulherin (Mike); his stepdaughter Patti Moniere; his grandchildren, Hillary Rankin (Casey), Kevin (Amanda), Abigail Cox, Jamie, Laura Kosten, Grant and Marie Mulherin; and his great grandchild Theodore Rankin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
