It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon A. Wiater of Penfield, New York, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on July 10, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony Wiater and Helen Wiater (Butkiewicz); his siblings, Richard Wiater and Dorothy; and his brother-in-law Phillip Wrubleski.

He is survived by : his wife Yvonne; and his children, Alex Wiater (Sheena), Adam Wiater (Jeyhan Kartaltepe), Erica Wiater-Cobb and Todd Wiater. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
