He was predeceased by : his father Brian Perkins. He is survived by : his mother Sueli Perkins; his siblings, Mark Perkins and Andrea Daszkiewicz (Nicholas); his uncle Theodore Perkins; and his cousins, Ashley and Trevor Perkins.
