He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Gilbert and Dorothy Gilbert (Enos); and his brother Donald Gilbert. He is survived by: his daughter Chelsea Isereau (Andrew) of Penn Yan, NY; his grandchildren, Miranda Gilbert (Nicholas Merrill) of Aldie, VA, Nicole Gilbert of Watertown, NY, Brianna Corcoran, Declan, Ailee and Bria Bisnett; his nieces, Kori and Shannon; Catherine Gilbert of Watertown, NY.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Townsend-Wood & Zinger Funeral Home (201 E Elm St, Penn Yan, NY 14527).
