He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Fullager and Marie Fullager; his wife Shirley Ann Fullagar (Morrison); and his siblings, Bob, Bernard, Bruce, Doug, Pat and Barbara.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Fullagar of Johnson City, TN, Stephen Fullagar (Dawn) of Newark, NY and Susan Clark (Fullagar) of Penn Yan, NY; and his daughter-in-law Dawn Fullagar of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
