She is survived by: her parents, David Majchrzak (Pat) and Nancy Majchrzak (Parmer); her siblings, Gary Majchrzak and Lisa Kelly (Majchrzak); and her nieces and nephews, Eric Majchrzak, Matthew Majchrzak, Brad Majchrzak, Samantha Majchrzak and Rachel Kelly.
