He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley G. Hansen and Elizabeth T. C. Petersen Hansen (Petersen); his brother Neal Hansen (Carol Swarthout Hansen); his son Kevin M. Hansen; and his grandson Jacob M. Kinsella.
He is survived by: his wife Caroll Lee Swarthout Hansen; his daughter Kelly Hansen; his grandchildren, Jamie Curtiss (Kurry), Joline Curtiss (Brian), Paige Kinsella (Jamie) and Phoenix Kinsella (Jon); his siblings, Terry Hansen and Linda Hansen Linkhorn; and his sisters-in-law, Jeanne Wager Hansen and Maryanne Swarthout Townsend. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Weldon Funeral Home (102 E Main St, Penn Yan, NY 14527). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Lakeview Cemetery (426 Court St, Penn Yan, NY 14527). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Penn Yan Elks Lodge #1722 (133 Main St, Penn Yan, NY 14527).
