She was predeceased by: her father Robert Kjar. She is survived by: her mother Gladys Kjar (Jensen); and her son Robert Shane Furman. She is also survived by several cousins, siblings and special friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Townsend-Wood & Zinger Funeral Home (201 E Elm St, Penn Yan, NY 14527). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Yates County Humane Society, 1216 Route 14A, Penn Yan, NY, 14527.
