Louise E. Payne Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise E. Payne of Penn Yan, New York, who passed away on May 29, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gareld Russell and Alilian Russell; her husband John E. Payne; her daughter Deborah Phalen; and her sister Jane Blaisdell.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Payne of Penn Yan, Grace Volt (Dave) of Branchport, Jack Payne (Tammy) of Penn Yan, Robert (Sandy) of Florida, Timothy (Barbara) of Texas and David (Judy) of Kentucky; her children-in-law, Charles Phalen and Donna Nielsen (Fourteen); and her grandchild Fifteen. She is also survived by Fifteen Great Grandchildren; and one Great Great Grandchild.
