He was predeceased by: his uncle Mark; and his aunts, Mary Lou Marble and Elizabeth Rawleigh. He is survived by: his parents, David Bell and Lenora Bell (Campbell); his wife Ginger L. A. Bell; his son Robert Glenn Bell of Penn Yan, NY; and his sisters, Carrie, Dawn and Wendy. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles: and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
