It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Fullagar of Penn Yan, New York, who passed away on October 8, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ray Morrison and Amanda Morrison. She is survived by : her husband Jerry Fullagar; her children, Susan Clark of Penn Yan, Stephen Fullagar (Dawn) of Newark, NY and Timothy Fullagar of Johnson City, TN; her grandchildren, Bryan Messegee, Jennifer Fullagar, Katelyn Fullagar, Garrett Fullagar, Connor Fullagar, Donald, Marta, Hunter and Jamison; her great grandchildren, Avery Messegee, Ryley Messegee, Allison Rosenbarker and Paisley Peck; her sisters-in-law, Mary Fullagar and Barbara Howell; her nephews, Mike and Brian Lerch; her niece Gina Lerch; and her cousin Marie Fullagar.
