She is survived by: her mother Vonda Knapton (Juddy) of Penn Yan; her boyfriend Gary Thompson; her children, Tiffanie Simonsen of Geneva, NY, Thomas Bayer Jr. (Kimberly) of Sanford, NC and Tim Simonsen of Penn Yan, NY; her sister Lisa Soucy (Joe); her niece Adriana Soucy of Escondido, California.; and her grandchildren, Myah, Mason, Timmy Jr., Benny, Alex, Sienna, Hudson, Colton and Xavier.
