It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Burrows of Pennellville, New York, who passed away on June 22, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald G. Burrows, Sr. and Cassandra A. "Greene" Burrows Arnold; and his brother Donald G. Burrows, Jr. of Chesnee, SC. He is survived by: his brother Thomas S. Burrows of Syracuse; his children, Stephen A. Burrows II of Pennellville, Sean E. Burrows of Phoenix and Stephanie R. Smith (Daniel) of Chittenango; and his grandchildren, Kaela, Alyssa, Hunter, Logan, Lucas, Wyatt, Jameson and Riley. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at the Central New York Rod and Gun Club (182 Peter Scott Rd, Pennellville, NY 13132).
