He is survived by: his children, Michael Powers (Cheyanne) of Pavilion and Emily Powers of Gainesville; his sisters, Valerie Helm of Wyoming and Lois King (Ray) of Silver Springs; and his grandchildren, Emah, Calvin and Zayne Powers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
