He was predeceased by: his father Donald W.; his wife Shirley; his son Randy Smith; and his grandson Matthew Fast. He is survived by: his children, Don Smith (Sondra) of Roseville, CA, Sheryl Fast of Frederick, MD, Dan Smith (Lisa Dulemba) of Short Tract, Kevin Smith (Molly) of Portageville and Beth Mann (Tim) of Warsaw; and his siblings, Diane VanDeWark (Warren) of Jamestown, NY and Ron (Janet). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren: 15 great-grandchildren.
