She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Specht and Helen Specht; and her brother John Specht. She is survived by: her husband Monroe "Vern" Whitmarsh; her children, Stacey Illerbrun (Alan), Paula Taylor (David) and Amy Newsome (Jerry); her grandchildren, David Illerbrun (Anissa), Adam Illerbrun (Lydia), Lukas Illerbrun (Shannon), Zachary Taylor, Logan Taylor, Melissa Newsome and Sheldon Newsome; and her siblings, Mary D'Augustino and Clifton Specht (Pam). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Miller Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. (3325 S Winton Rd, Rochester, NY 14623).
