He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Williams and Merrill Williams; and his brother Lester Prevatt. He is survived by: his husband Paul J. Norbut Jr. of Perry.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hillside Cemetery.
