She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxie Clark and Clarissa Rice Clark; and her siblings, Rosamonde Persutti, Carolyn Abbott, Forrest Clark, Bernard Clark and Lawrence Clark.
She is survived by: her husband John Fendick of Perry; her sons, Kenneth Fendick of New York, NY and Thomas Fendick of Cape Corral, FL; her grandchildren, John Fendick, Derrick Fendick and Devin Fendick; and her great grandchildren, Trenton, Logan and Natalie.
