He is survived by: his wife Beulah "Billie" West; his brother Curtis West (Alice) of Culpeper; his nieces, Jessica West of The Plains and Briana West (Dan Holmes); and also Wylie of Culpeper, Virginia.. He is also survived by wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
