He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Cowan (Witherbee); and his father Alvin L. Cowan. He is survived by: his mother Isabelle Cowan (Spoor) of Plattsburg, NY; his siblings, Craig Cowan (Amy) of Highgate, VT and JoEllen Martineau (Maurice) of Peru, NY; his nieces and nephews, Austin, Maurice, Michelle and Savanna Martineau of Plattsburgh, NY; and his parents-in-law, Charlie and Linda Witherbee of Keeseville, NY. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Donations in Greg's memory can be made to The American Legion, Make-A-Wish of Vermont and Northeast New York, or an animal rescue program of one's choice in honor of his beloved cat, Chatter.
