He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Gonyea and Sally Gonyea (Brown); and his grandparents, Harold, Ruth Brown, Helen and Victor Gonyea.
He is survived by: his wife April Gonyea (Favaro); his children, Corey Gonyea and Samantha Gonyea (Makenzie Boice); his grandson Theodore Jeffrey Boice; and his siblings, Beth Smith (Robert), Ricky Gonyea (Laurie) and Chris Gonyea.
Donations in his memory may be made to his family to be utilized to create an education fund for his grandson.
